We’re Sammy and Ella, chiropractors and founders of Ritual Health! We share a mutual love of all things health, vitality, balance, and golden retrievers. After meeting in the first year of our chiropractic studies in 2013, we’ve envisioned a future of helping the local community to move and feel well, and to embrace balance in every sense of the word. Starting a business together that leads with a personalised, care-first-approach has been a dream for many years, and we’re proud to make it a reality.

Both of us have have worked abroad in south west London, with Sammy moving to the UK after completing her studies, and then coming back and passing the baton to Ella 3 years later. Ella then enjoyed an amazing 3 years with the same company (shout out to Chiro London / Putney Chiropractic!). We even had the pleasure of caring for some of the same patients in London. Talk about international teamwork! Our time overseas were incredible opportunities to grow, experience, and ultimately have a ridiculous amount of fun while doing it.

We both have a zest for adventure and believe that good health opens the doors to the joys of life. We share a love for caring for people of all ages and stages, and look forward to meeting you soon!
