Who We Are

Ritual Health was founded by Sammy and Ella, chiropractors brought together by a shared commitment to thoughtful, personalised care and a long-standing partnership that began during their studies in 2013.

United by a vision to help people move well, feel well and live with greater balance, they built Ritual Health to reflect a more considered approach, one that places the individual at the centre of care.

Both have refined their practice internationally, spending several years working in South West London at leading clinics including Putney Chiropractic. Their time abroad offered the opportunity to work with a broad patient base and, uniquely, to care for many of the same individuals across different stages of treatment.

These shared experiences continue to shape their approach today, combining clinical expertise with a genuine understanding of long-term, relationship-led care.

They believe that when health is supported properly, it creates the freedom to enjoy life fully, and they welcome patients of all ages and stages into their Black Rock clinic.
