Yes! We have on-the-spot claiming facilities at the practice. This is available for both Chiropractic and Pelvic Physiotherapy services.
We also have Medicare bulk billing services at the practice for EPC plans. Refer to the next questions for details.

Yes, we accept both EPC or GPCCMP plans. In order to claim with us, you must have a valid EPC plan from your GP and your medicare card details.
The plan will cover $63.40 from your appointment. -
Yes, there is ample free street parking our the front and in the neighbouring streets.

We value your health and will always treat your appointment time with respect. Your appointment is reserved just for you, so we can be fully present with you. We kindly ask that you give us ample notice if you're unable to attend.
If you do not show up for your appointment, or cancel within 24 hours, a late cancellation fee will be charged. We understand life can be busy and unpredictable, and we will always do our best to accommodate unexpected events. However, we ask that you respect our schedule and other patients waiting for appointments.

Yes, you will receive a confirmation email upon booking your appointment. Two days prior to your appointment you will receive a reminder via email, followed by a text message reminder 2 hours before your appointment.
